April Stevens — Library Director
Betty Shockley — Children’s Librarian

The Osceola Public Library is a state-accredited library that offers a lending collection of over 15,000 items including books, large print books, DVDs, videos, audio books, periodicals, music, and cake pans. We participate in Nebraska Overdrive, which has over 29,000 downloadable e-books, over 18,000 downloadable audio books, and over 2,300 magazines available for our patrons. There are internet connected public access computers, inter-library loan, wi-fi, copy, and fax services available at the library. We offer different programming throughout the year for our patrons such as an Adult Book Club, Children’s Story Hour, and Summer Reading Programs for all ages. Please ask the Library Director for information on a meeting area that is available for public use and an electronic message board outside that is available to advertise community events.
