Water, sewer, and compactor services are covered by your city utility bill. Postcard bills are mailed on the last business day of each month and payment is due on the 15thof the following month. Accounts not paid by the due date will be charged a 10% penalty on the 16th. Accounts not paid by the last day of the month will be disconnected.
Cash, check, money order/cashier’s check are accepted via mail, in person, or via the drop box located to the left of the front door of the City Office. You may also enroll in ACH payments by filling out an authorization form and attaching a voided check at the City Office or pay online at www.certifiedpayments.net. A building permit is required prior to construction work. All permits must be approved and fees paid before any construction work begins. Please contact the City Office or Zoning Administrator for information.
